Rangers would have a better chance against the hawks, so this result is good.

I can't believe they have Kenny and Joe doing the WCF. What a crock of ****. Give Doc the Hawks, he loves them, they share a common ancestor.

LA can't do anything offensively. I can't think of any chances they've had.

They look exhausted out there. I dont know how we've been able to avoid the back to back 7 game issue so far, but the kings look like their feet are moving in cement.

We have the best goalie in the world. The Kings "think" they have the best goalie in the world.

AV has been absolutely critical in keeping our team fresh, especially with back to back 7 game series.

Seriously, it's amazing how well he has done coaching this team in the playoffs.

You guys are all getting played. LA has looked god awful at times against both SJ and ANA and ended up turning into magicians and ran over all over the opposition.

I'm just waiting for the inevitable comeback.

SJ and Anaheim aren't Chicago. Also, SJ lost Vlasic after game 3, and that's the best defenseman on a weak defense, so that played a HUGE factor.

Both of those teams are average to below average in terms of team speed, too, and neither had reliable goaltending. The Hawks are dismantling the Kings with speed now, and they did it last year.

You realize ANA and SJ BOTH finished higher than Chicago right? ANA was #1 in the west. You make it sound like they are some sort of push over. Vlasic or no vlasic SJ was up THREE GAMES TO NONE. They couldn't get ONE win without vlasic? That shouldn't be an excuse honestly.

Chicago has weaknesses just like other teams. By your logic it took chicago "a whole 6 games" to get rid of those pesky MIN Wild.

Yeah, I don't give two ***** about those two finishing higher than the Hawks in the regular season. You really think the Hawks were giving it all throughout the year?

The Hawks are a WAY better playoff team than either of SJ or ANA, and that's a fact.

Also, regarding the Wild, they are a very good team that is dominant on home ice. They're no pushovers. I think they could have taken out either of San Jose or Anaheim.

Lol. So your arguement is chicago was coasting half the year and the ducks and sharks were both a bunch of try hards? :biglaugh:
Guess what. ANA and SJ were both teams DOMINANT at home, too.

Chicago is WAY better than both but LA just tied the game 2-2? LOL. Perfect timing.

Regardless, whether the West draws LA or Chi it is going to be a tough matchup for either the Rangers or Canadiens, they are both very solid clubs.

Doughty with the ripper, tied up. Hope this goes a physical 7. Every little bit helps
