Boston LUCKED their way into this (almost) win... wow... what horrible ice conditions. how'd the puck manage to bounce like that for the 3rd goal?

The Bruins have these runs where the other team doesn't touch the puck. They are legitimately terrifying.

I am still in shock the Hawks beat them last year. The Bruins seemed to control every game in the finals, yet the Hawks had some timely goal scoring to win it.

The hawks don't fear Bruins that's why.. also they have the two best playoff players of this generation

Crawford is a better goalie than many admit. Look at last night's game.

Anyway, big win for the B's, obviously. Clutch, luck and all.

That third period is exhibit A of why we should be rooting for Montreal. If Boston plays like that no one in the East can beat them

To be honest Montreal stopped playing after their 3rd goal. Boston is a good comeback team BUT montreal really was invisible that last 15 minutes or so

On the other hand, I trust Hank/McD/Girardi/Staal/Stralman with a 3-1 lead more than Price/Subban/Markov/Gorges/Emelin...by a LONG shot.

That should give you even less reason to feel confident with a lead.

Also, the Canadiens only had the 2 goal lead to start the third. The Rangers had the two goal lead in the first 10 minutes of the game. 50 minutes of protecting a lead versus 15 minutes. Not comparable.

That is assuming we could even get a 2 goal lead on the bruins in the first place. We've struggled to score on crap goalies. Rask has basically owned us lately.
