My bracket prediction is [miraculously] holding up. CHI-LA / BOS-NYR -> LA-BOS

I don't understand people saying the Wild should have won. Obviously, they could not punch through, so why should they have won?

Shouldn't the team that scores the most goals be the team that should win? Of course they are.

for the last couple of years we've had BOS' number. Up until about that horrible playoff series. If they can get back on track boston isn't scaring no one. We can beat MTL certainly. It's just beating them at their god damn arena. But then against we never beat PIT or a 3-1 deficit since 1939 so we're full of surprises.

From the west we've played well against ANA/LA from small sample sizes and we beat Chicago TWICE this year.

Sucks that MIN couldn't force a game 7 though.

We've NEVER won after being down 3-1.

Been perusing the habs boards, and everyone there is giddy that the Rangers won because they see it as an automatic Stanley Cup finals appearance if they can beat the Bruins in game 7. Everybody loves to knock the "rags".

I do hope Montreal gets by the bruins, and then we crush them!!!

There's really nothing special about Montreal. Their cockiness is astounding.

Their D outside of Markov-Subban is OK.

Price is great but not better than Hank.

Forwards are blah. Good top two lines, nothing nice in the bottom 6.

PBZ will have a field day with Boullion and Murray.

I don't know about Kane being better than Crosby. And by that I mean I really don't know. But Kane is clutch. The most clutch in the league.

Drury used to talk about not letting the pressure situations impact techniques you've practiced tens of thousands of times, and it showed in his career. But Kane elevates his play. He has a highlight reel in two rounds during a tournament where a Matteau goal is unbelievable, deflections off of crowds in front are the standard. His skill level is rising. It's amazing.

Do you know what Hank's record is at the Bell Centre? Do you remember the blown 3-0 and 4-0 leads up there? It's a tough place to play.

They have a right to be confident. Not saying I want the Bs but Hank's record is pretty good vs the Bs (especially up at TD).

I think Bruins and Habs fans are underestimating the Rangers. true they ahve both have success over us recently BUT The Rangers are completely new team. They have become a closer team and a resilent team. If guys like nash stepan and mcdonough can get out of tehir funk and with the return of Kreider we can beat anyone IMO. Also Hank has been in beast mode

I think the logic is that since Montreal plays a top team like Boston so well, that they're now a top team. And they have Carey "Jesus + Roy" Price.
