I envision this type of series against the Penguins. Skill guys fighting. Nash and Malkin have a history. Zucc and Kunitz were all over each other all the games this season. Kreider and Crosby too.
Our series against the Flyers was boring because the Rangers had no desire to engage in a physical battle that would heavily favor and spark the Flyers. The same cannot be said against the Penguins. I think it'll be a high paced, north-sound game, with a lot of offense, and a lot of passion - just like in this LA/SJ series.

Had Kings in 7 although I don't really care who wins, had the Wild in 6 and was surprised the Avs were as good as they were but I am fairly confident they will flame out at some point if they haven't already started to fizzle. No way they were getting through the 2nd round.

I actually thought Horachek would've been a great option in NY post-Tortorella. Think he was put into a bad situation in Fla. Scapegoated. They'll be better next year, potentially playoff bound. I think Horachek could've helped get them there, too.

Any news on B's vs Habs game 1? Im assuming it will be friday night, both have been off forever. After looking at event schedules for both arenas, the most sense would be 1 and 2 in boston friday and sunday, 3 and 4 in mtl tues/thurs.
