Def rooting for the Leafs. Also, lets get Erat for a 7th rounder and trade him to GMGM for Kuznetsov ;)
 
Mike Modano ceremony is just amazing... he was an amazing player.. Minnesota and Dallas was lucky to have him
 
Leafs doubling up the Flyers in shots. I remember being frustrated that we didn't dominate the Leafs in shots. Maybe they turned the corner.
 
That was so ****ing cool! They had players from other Dallas sports teams there. Why don't the Rangers do that? Who was that black guy? I assume he's an athlete of some other sport.

the black guy is probably emmitt smith, who is probably the greatest player in cowboys history along with dirk nowitizki, the greatest player in mavericks history and nolan ryan, the greatest player in texas rangers history.
 
LOL watching NJD/CAR and Chico dosen't even mention it, just keep the camera on Deb Placey whose yakking about the Special Olympics coming to NJ, only noticed that they'd scored when the scoreboard updated on the TV. Had to go back and show the replay like a minute later...

I disagree. What in gods name does a Yankees/Mets/Knicks/Giants player etc have to do with our players. It's stupid.

It should only be people who were a part of your career. And for what it's worth, I've been to every jersey retirement ceremony, outside of ones I wasn't born for, and Harry Howells/Bathgates (which I didn't care about) and thought they've all been fantastic.

Messier's was one of the greatest sports games I've ever been to. I've been to pretty much every Rangers playoff game since the lockout, some Yankees playoff games, etc. There are very few moments that top that one. It was just insane.

When you bring in rock stars and actors/actresses and people who have nothing to do with the team or player being honored it completely dilutes the reason we are there.

I would have been so pissed if Carmelo Anthony showed up to Graves retirement or something. It's just idiotic.

Holy crap I didn't realize that Henrique was killing it like he was. He'd be 2nd on the Rangers with 22 goals. I guess I will give the Devils props for having a center that's having a better season than anyone on the Rangers.
