There's a real case to be made that Tampa outplayed Toronto in 5 of the 6 games of the series. If Samsonov plays more like he usually does and Bob plays well.......Florida can absolutely win.

I don't think they do....but they can.

I didn’t think Toronto was that good in the series. Tampa out played them for long stretches of games, and Toronto scored clutch goals when they got the puck in OT.

Tampa also really only has three scorers (Kucherov, Stamkos, and Point), and a ton of forecheckers.

Florida is just as gritty but they have more scoring punch.

Seeing the regular season record breaking Bruins lose in the 1st round is more fulfilling to me than watching the leafs choke again. I f***ing hate Boston

It just shows how toxic the old boy network in sabrevile was before the Kim pegula show hired kevyn Adams and honor and family was apparently prioritized , with the final hiring of Donny meatball..

Forton and the other base talent evaluators certainly kept us cooking w the Right guys strong and agile in the new nhl. The load of sabre talent ( thst we CLEARLY KEPT THE BETTER OF) contributing in the past two years of playoffs proved we just didn't have the front office , gm and coaching stability ( along 2 goaltending w dick ish ullmark defection ) .

Ar least we obtained and kept a great and honorable core, led by Samuelson and the maturity of Tage ( reinventing himself)
Bravo to kevyn not throwing the babies w the bathwater while keeping the heart of buffalo hockey i saw as a kid in 75.

I like the FU of the goat to go w royal and honorable.. We are moving to be stronger than dirt telling high and kicking that dirt in the sneaky evil by embracing it and turning to not participate like TAMPA sold their souls..


Great choices so far as we were one game away from beating Florida and and advancing Kevyn waa realistic as 5 of our top 6 players were really injured w not enough ( experience to know) in the tank for 16 more wins.. This bitterness and real life learning ( while watching) will help US...

just as Florida retooled and the regular seasoning doesn't matter. ( thachick team isn't fast enough in that bully dull witted brain to beat us over 7)
They will smoke Toronto but i have to say Mathews stepped up as did ROR .. We are better than both these teams, especially IF we address or develop the back end 5 and 6., UPL OR a great 1B and a Young ROR steps up or is aquired . But,

being able to win Big games without consistent goaltending and shaky 5,6 pair and developing defensive consistency sure has built character to APPRECIATE , Levi and any other gifts kevyn bestows on them to make life easier without spoiling them.
