I always felt Treliving was an absolute garbage GM, lad was just massively overrated.

Why would you add Carlo at all? You blow all of your 1sts in the next 3yrs and you have your journeyman goalie get hurt for extended periods in the season and had an insurance policy of Woll and....Matt Murray?

I would have used Minten and added a 2nd to get Gibson at 40% retained by Anaheim and then get another team involved to eat another 30% and add a plug RHD for depth for the playoffs.

Toronto is going to blow this and that will be the last time this core is together and they amounted to jack shit, then the Maple dorks will whine about how Dubas f***ed them somehow when Treliving f***ed them harder.
