wow the pucker factor in the oilers dressing room has to be up to level 10 now.
mcdavid will never win a cup in edmonton. that team is just to flawed and to much $$$ wrapped up in the super stars getting as much money as they can. we were really fortunate that our stars during their prime realized in a cap world you need some money for other talent if you want to win. oilers will get some help because the cap is going up a bunch but mcdavid is not getting any younger, they lose in the first round just how much pressure will he put on the organization ?

I don't even really think it's so much of a money thing. Look at the Pens from 2010 until the back to backs. How many of those years did bad goaltending absolutely tank us? That's a huge part of the problem for the Oil. Plus their refusal to let McDavid and Drai carry their own lines

Can anyone explain how LA's sixth goal is a "low danger shot"? Yes, it's from an angle but not that acute an angle.

The Kings destroying the Oilers thanks largely to a lethal power play... this gotta feel good for their fans after the opposite happened in the previous three seasons. Kempe and Byfield are so fun to watch. Corey Perry is even older than Geno, why is he playing on a line with McDrai in 2025? Is Kapanen injured or terrible enough to be a healthy scratch for this "odds and ends on the bottom lines" Oilers team?

Dallas showing lots of resilience, that Lindell save in OT was awesome. Granlund looks great and they are holding off the Avs without their star D-man and with the likes of Ceci and Petrovic playing.

Montreal is just not very good, still two very close games against a team that rested for like a month at the end of the season.

Wouldn’t feel too great if I were a Caps fan. Yes they’re up 2-0 but they have completely collapsed in the third period both games. Don’t think they’ll be able to get away with that even next round against the Canes.

i wouldn't discount the habs, they have been red hot going into the playoffs.
They are young, fast and hungry and that can give problems to any team that is not as fast as they are.

I still think caps win this.
