GDT: Around the NHL - Playoff Edition

I mean you look at the teams that have bounced back.

Senators - retool with a coach that understands how to use the vets and youth.
Bluees - fired their coach and hired one that also understands the balance.
Caps - Carbery is another great example of that the last few seasons.
Habs - I shit on MSL a lot but he has done a great job this season, albeit a super weak one for a lot of the Eastern Conference, but he got there and he hasn't been blown out by the Caps yet.

The fact that even a rookie coach like MSL is better at adapting and evolving as a coach than Sullivan is hilarious. This weird high bar they have for Sullivan is just bizarre. They are prioritizing his first 2yrs as a coach and ignoring his last 8 seasons.

Like its f***ing maddening. 8 f***ing seasons of just 1 playoff series win and 3 playoff misses, which should be 4 if you count the play in series, so 4 total and 3 straight.

Dubas can go eat shit with his recent press conference, f***ing Kindergarten Juice Box Kyle, piece of shit wanker.

In your head with all the other strawmen

I saw him lose a puck battle in the corner when he was a ful 6-7 feet in front of his man. He can barely move. But if you give him the puck with space, he still has a wicked shot.

Just won a playoff game. Something we will never see Sid do again most likely with Dubas at the helm.

But, we will look really good on random blog ratings about prospects.

O….Ok. Doesn’t change what I said about Ovechkin being slow. He had a great game but I just wonder how he’ll play against a team that

1) is good
2) has playoff experience
3) can push teams on their heels with speed
