I guess it's not complaining but we're saying how we wish he was hired. And he was considered one of the worst coaches those Edmonton teams had.

I wasn't really saying I wished he was hired, I just find his method of player development interesting compared to DQ. Two complete opposite philosophies, it makes me curious.

The difficult fact is that head coaches in the NHL, and most sports, actually, tend to fail their first job. And sometimes it takes even longer. There’s just no way around it. And I applaud teams that are willing to take the fall and hire a newbie. The league needs new blood but the jab is rough.

Preds are serious. Shutting down the Avs and holding them down on shots.

Cats are in free fall right now.

Of course my dad goes to his first Isles game in 2 years and they get a 3-0 shutout… :thumbd:

Isles banned me from their boards because they are sawft. Happened a while ago. DanteIPP on their board though, I'll hand it to him, he HAS MASSIVE real estate in his head about the NYR. His team is horrifically bad and he's watching NYR-AVS and laughing at us losing. His team hasn't won a back to back game in over a month and change. Loser fan, loser fanbase.

Hi Tony, right back at you!

So true. I'm 52 and never stopped training and using PEDs fairly conservatively. The result is that my training is almost equivalent to my best years between 28-32. My bloods are awesome, no sexual dysfunction and I look, feel and perform many years younger than my biological age. There is no way that athletes aren't taking advantage of this when their livelihood depends on it.
And I’d say that if it works, why not use them. In fact, bringing it into the mainstream would make it a lot safer I suppose.

Why would you go on their board anyway? Did you take a shower at least to wash the stink off? Most delusional fanbase in sports. Every time they win a game they think they are going on a run until they lose the next game. Last place, old and slow, double digit points out of a playoff spot. That's the reality for them.

I like the devils broadcast team other than Cangelosi, his voice is irritating. Daneyko and Erika Wachter are very good also. The Isles broadcast team OTOH is simply dreadful.

I wonder how the local broadcast teams would fare in an Anchorman-style brawl. Throw in surprise appearances by the NHLN, ESPN and TNT teams.

The Predators are looking pretty good, and they did shut down the Avs powerful offense. Very poor game by the Avalanche, and Mackinnon.

The Avs were missing Makar, Burakovsky, Landeskog, Toews, Kuemper, Compher, and Byram though. They only iced 11 forwards, 7 defensemen, and 1 goalie. That is some serious firepower out of the lineup.

Two stupid penalties by AHL call-up the last one resulting in a backbreaking goal didn't help.
