He's always been kind of a Flyers homer but yeah it's been curious this entire series.

The Flyers D has continually been caught out on the ice getting rubber legged throughout the series. Some of these aren't old guys either. The Islanders have outworked them game after game. Really I think Hayes has been the Flyers best forward throughout the series. The grit factor that the Flyers have had since the early 70's has pretty much disappeared.
