I enjoyed this article: Ovechkin Stick Collection

Anyone into autographs / collectibles may enjoy it also. It's nifty to see that some athletes enjoy collecting as much as us some fans do.

I used to have a ton of autographs. I'm more minimal as I've aged and gotten rid of a lot of it. But I still have a good chunk of signed original art I did (Gretzky and Mantle below, Bossy, Howe, Dionne, Trottier, etc) ...

Sold, gave away, threw out. I got married. Had kids. My priorities and what I valued shifted. The hundreds of autographs became mostly unimportant. I kept a few pieces that had special significance. My Trottier autograph, our family had gotten to know him over time. Gordie Howe directly mailed one to me from his home in CT. My ticket stub from game 7 of the 86 World Series. There are a few like that which have unique meaning and stand out, but not many. The rest, yeah, sell, gift, garbage ... they're gone.

I would have liked that package for Kreider. +1 to the Lou cooked comment.
the more I think about it I would just keep Kreider off vibes cause I’d be sad and NYR have plenty of cap space still so I don’t think they desperately need to do it. Might be the right time to do it though if they can get value and if the relationship with the management really is that bad

Well, an official armchair GM, you being sad would not be a consideration in this deal. You get a top prospect, 1st, 3rd for Kreider, you take that and run.
