Hughes is going to request a trade sooner than later. Could honestly still see Petey moved before Friday. An organization with better infrastructure would help him a lot. That being said, I hope he enjoys Buffalo.

No clue, but he's a talented player and I agree something feels off.

I lived in Vancouver for a stretch. The folks there know the game and are passionate. There's definitely pressure there from fans and media, much more so than playing hockey in NY, imo.

Yeah but does there roster have any glaring weaknesses? Genuinely curious because that's kind of what I'm thinking.

I still expect them to get bounced by one of the better teams in the West unless Helly finally figures out how to play in the playoffs.
