So much for the 4-nations bringing a boost for hockey, getting a stadium series game bumped down because of college basketball

Where do you see one sport try to piggyback on another sport like hockey does with football?

Almost a perfect night

Detroit tied up the game at 3-3 with 3 plus minutes left in the 3rd. I was rooting for a 3 point game. Columbus won in regulation.

Ottawa won. Brooks was saying Ottawa blew an opportunity to grab one of the wild cards by losing 5 straight games. Ottawa was missing 1/2 of their top 6 forwards you imbecile. Pinto and Norris were injured before the break. Tkachuk missed the last two games. All of them returned tonight. Boston won. Montreal won. Four straight wins. The Islanders won. Even the Flyers won.

Columbus is 2 points and 4 points behind the Devils. Crazy. Carolina is 4-6-1 since acquiring Rantanen. EF made it sound like Carolina could trade Rantanen. Insanity.

The Rangers should win tomorrow night. Nashville is terrible.

Valiquette said after last night's game that the Rangers need a 17-6 record to reach the playoffs.

I'm curious how Vally figures that. Did he assume Detroit would go 15-8
