Celebrini is gonna be the next big center. Not saying McDavid/Mackinnon level, but he’ll be above all the other 21 and under high end centers that form his peer group, including Bedard. He’s going to be one of those very complete guys too. Somewhere between Hughes flash and Barkov responsible.

He’s currently point per game and getting better/more consistent as he gets acclimated. 22 games, 11 goals, 11 assists, -3, 69 shots, 50% on 300 face offs. Those 69 shots in 22 games would rank first on NYR with 3.29 shots per game, above Bread who’s at 3.24. I’d move every player who has touched a NYR sweater in the last decade for him.

We’d ruin him. We can’t have nice things.

I hope everyone is prepared for a 2 goal night from kaapo kakko on the first line with matty beniers and jared mccann
I wish him no ill fortune. However, as with many of the Rangers alumni, I am already prepared for him to score against us in his first return to the Garden.

Francis said the Kraken intend to give Kakko a chance to make an immediate impact, playing him in their top six forwards and giving him power-play time.

"We'll see what the coaches want to do there, but he's played 300 games but he's still only 23 years old. So we just think there's the potential for upside, and that's why we made the deal," Francis said.
Imagine giving your young stars the opportunity to succeed.

Does Kakko try to make an early impression and try a Michigan?
