Pretty much that ^. Being a ******* on the ice (Avery, Ott, Barnaby) is all fine by me. Being a drunken fool off it, rubs me the wrong way.

Kane isn't a likeable person? What? Sure, maybe the Hawks management doesn't like him cuz of his partying antics, but as a fan, Kane is the exact kind of player that you can't help but love.

Sure he got drunk and beat up a cab driver, but are we gonna hold that one act against him for the rest of his life and use it to judge him as a person?
