Last game of the night and Edmonton is already down 3-1. Not even worth watching.
I don't know how that team can be so bad with all those top picks.

Probably because they didnt spend a single one of those top picks on a defenseman.

Maybe they will tank this year and get seth jones.

Their goaltending has been shaky as well.

I asked where Ryan Callahan would fit on the '94 Rangers team. Was expecting something like who he may have had chemistry with and what line he played on. Instead got a bunch of mumbo jumbo about heart, grit and everything we already know about the guy.

Oh well. It was cool enough anyway. I'd imagine the same for you. :)

That's a really good question. Where would he have fit? Better than the black aces.

Kovy and Larmer both played RW on that top line at different parts of the year.

I would've loved some actual input from him. I never got to see those teams play. Curse of being but a baby.

I've also had the next generation of Rod Gilbert aka Stu Bickel answer some silly question I asked him too on this Blueshirts United video piece.

As you can see, I'm practically in the running to be the next GM.

LOL remember the "keep the rock red" or "keep the blue out" pr campaign the Devils ran? where they said if you sell your tickets make sure it's to devils fans? that was rich.

Lolz. I took a screenshot of it.

Jump ahead 3 years and I would not be at all surprised if the Oilers had achieved less success than people forecasted.
Lots of talent, and it is amazing to watch some of them, at times, but as a team? Not so good. I think Oilers management really is not up to the task.

glad to see JT getting some love here, was ridiculous to see a few years ago so many ppl ******** on him on this board and saying how much better picks duchene, hedman, and kane were, out of pure blind rivalry. only a couple of us were saying he was the best of the bunch only to be laughed at.

i love the way he plays, he really has great hockey iq and scoring touch. and his skating has greatly improved, probably the weakest part of his game.

Loved Tavares since day 1 even when he was drafted by Isles. My favorite non-Ranger.

That guy lives in his trunk and smells like cat food. Leave him alone. He's like Dancing Larry.

I can assure you that he is in no way like Dancing Larry. Larry is not an idiot who taunts the other team with a sign directed towards a different team. Larry dances, is not an idiot, and does not smell like cat food ;)
