The PPs have in fact disappeared when the stakes get this high. In games 5,6,7 when the tension is high, the refs let the players play. Boy, we need to mount a strong start and keep it so the tension is never high and it's just business as usual for the refs. It's an extra condition to being a 5v5 paper tiger team.
