Hanifin and Stone the two cap circumventors score the only goals of the evening. Couldn't have scripted it better. lol
Hope Chytil does the same for us at some point in these playoffs.

I really don't consider Chytil to be in the same boat as Stone with Vegas, nor Landeskog for Colorado or some of the other LTIR patients around the league when the playoffs start. They are obviously not ready, because they didn't play in the first round. And who knows when they play. Meanwhile Stone was ready to go for G1, that means he obviously would've been ready for game 82 as well. That's why Vegas are considered cheating with the system.

I've seen guys play with sheared off broken bones impaling other organs, and now you're telling me Matthews missed two elimination games because he's sick?

He's hurt and the Leafs are lying about it.

I know the days of encouraging guys to play through injuries is a thing of the past (kind of...), but if Matthews misses games 5, 6 and 7 of a playoff series, I'd be expecting him to be bedridden. Doesn't seem like a good look.

They won the last two without him anyway - I thought coaches hated changing winning lineups.
