And then that brainless f*** Biz complains about the Rangers potentially getting Deteoit. Yes, you mindless f***ing condom advertisement, the 1 seed will get the 8 seed. That effectively still happens in the current system

Biz doesn't hide the he has some weird hatred and obsession with the Rangers.

This isn’t true. In the traditional 1-8 seeding, the division winners would be 1-2 seeds.

So it would be

1 NYR v 8 WSH
2 BOS v 7 NYI
3 CAR v 6 TB
4 FLA v 5 TOR

So then the complaint would be Carolina would finish with more points than the Atlantic winner, and get hosed.

Divisions are dumb, just have two conferences, seed them 1-8.

That was generally a complaint in the past but that’s the way the playoffs were formatted before the restructuring.

Yeah well screw that noise.

I'm on board with just doing 1 through 8. I hated the divisions being involved and I hate them being more involved.

Still, complaining about essentially a 3 playing essentially a 6 just shows the inability to count or read which tracks from those two.
