Wait that's not allowed. Why are the other playoff teams allowing their players to be so close to the net? I thought the rules stated that every shot must come from at least 30 feet outside and no player can be within 20ft of the net.

There was something off about that whole draft. How those two could go before Stützle is baffling.

... Obviously because he's European, even more so German. Any tape available showed that Stützle was a superior offensive talent (puck control and playmaking) vs. Byfield and Laf.

There are pathetic nominal factors that go into drafting, when they shouldn't.

I'll take any 17y old playing DEL against men, over a kid from the Q (which is by far the weakest CHL league) for example.
