Wow Oilers radio analyst saying it's time for the Oilers to talk to Rob Shick who is the director of officials for the series because they are being robbed in this series by the refs. He is going off on the NHL right now. I think it's Bob Stauffer who is the radio analyst.

Man, that is a tough one. I feel like it’s a brain teaser I see it hitting the stick and I also see it not hitting the stick. The way the stick blade flips up makes me think it actually did hit his stick.

That video is the definition of inconclusive. I feel like half the donks just see the puck overlaying with the stick and think it proves they made contact.

HAHA!!! I'm just glad it wasn't Sierra Nevada or Sam Adams that decided to nuke their business. I'm also lucky there's a great local brewery 10 minutes from my house.
Beer recommendation, please 🙏

We should expect the same crap next game

We can only dream of getting that from our players. There's no tax in Boston or something? Lol
I heard that EVERY player wants to be a ranger and will do anything to make it happen.

lmao that draisitl penalty. hate that guy so glad the kings got that
Same. I felt motivated enough about this to say it on the main board. I generally don’t care about player attitude but this guys Draisaitl comes off as a miserable cynical :eek::eek::eek: every time I see him. It was noticeable last year but people were saying he’s playing on a banged up foot or ankle or something. Ok. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. But this year it’s the same garbage. Talented player. Needlessly unpleasant.

Fair enough. It was soft in the sense they let much worse go, but if you do dumb shit like that you're just daring the refs to make a call. Just celebrate the goal & skate back to the bench.

Remember Draisatl did something similar to Tuba at MSG back early in the season when we were floundering & coughed up a lead late in the game. At some point the refs are going to be looking for that, so stop being a dipshit.
Maybe if the refs had called it back when he did it to Trouba he’s have learned his lesson. It’s sad that these babies need to be told to behave like humans, but here we are.

Feels ironic to say after a loss, but Draisaitl is the definition of a sore winner. There's ~700 guys in this league who care about celebrating with their team after a goal, and one idiot who wants to f*** with his opponents. Nice to see him get called and punished for it once.
Draisaitl is a ****ing piece of **** who should **** his *****. Stupid ****ing ****.

Hahahaha f*** the Oilers. Love their players and fans complaining about the refs all the time, no accountability on their own performance.

Them going out in the 1st round is starting to feel more satisfying than Toronto.

Florida, please, just find a way to turn this around. I hate Boston so much every since their dirty Cup win against Vancouver. And here in Czech Republic they are so hyped up in the media right now because of Pastrnak that it is completely insufferable. Boston is literally shoved down my throat everywhere I look. It is almost as if you are not allowed to root for anyone else.
Florida please, man up and put me out of my misery.

Proof that the human eye is weird thing. To me it's 100% obvious that the puck was touched with a high stick and there's no ambiguity at all. I honestly couldn't understand why the review took so long.
After seeing that there was doubt I've asked the rest of my household. 1 person agrees with me, 2 can't tell for sure but they don't think it was touched and certainly not conclusively.

Makes me wonder how many other decisions I've just accepted have actually been controversial in some way...

Disappointing performance by Florida. The Bruins top two centers are out. Florida lost.

All of the home teams won last night except Florida.

Win game four and make it a best out of three series.

I wish Marlins was good and I like Miami maybe based on a vacation:D Yes true they have struggled this year and not sure if the recent trades have benefit them since last season.

Outside of the Bruins series, this playoff could not be progressing better from a Ranger fan perspective. And even the Bruins have lost a game, so it’s actually looking ok on that front.

As usual, I’ll be here waiting for all of the happiness to come crashing down.

Like I said in March, the Bruins are going to have a tough time winning much of anything because their key forwards are O-L-D. If they get extended, like what Florida is hopefully doing, they won't stay healthy enough to win through the grind.

This is why ticky tacky stuff like that should not be reviewed. Bunch of controversy over nothing. Nobody saw a possible high stick in real time. Hail Mary challenge hoping to get lucky.

My uncle (Canadian team homer though) was 100% sure it touched the puck. I don’t think it did and even if it did I think it was way too inconclusive to overturn the call on the ice which was goal. Regardless I think missed stoppage reviews are an even worse rule than the offside challenge
