They played a Pens teams who looked like they had no interest playing anymore and wanted to start their vacations, now they could play the Canes who could collapse at any moment and cruise right into a nice easy playoff match up. Hurricanes making the playoffs is a big success for them. They actually seem to be proving that they can put one skate in front of the other moving ahead, as opposed to being just hope and rumour. I don't know the team that well but suffice to say they have some good young players.
