Disappointed they use the Phaneuf/Sauer hit as an example of a clean hit. It was clean, but I wouldn't highlight a play that ended the career of a player.

Wow you can tell it's the crybaby era of the NHL these days. Scott Stevens, who ****ed up dozens of careers, used to be shown as examples every analyst for how to deliver clean hits. Funny thing is, if Sauer wasn't a Ranger, or the Ranger had been Stu Bickell you wouldn't care at all.
