Hopefully the Rangers and Kings reach the conference finals with the first round picks being in the #27-#30 range. Columbus has both picks.

It's all part of the process. Teams like the Leafs, Canadians, and Islanders will learn a lot from this whether or not it shows up next year or not, it's part of anyone whose been through its' DNA now.

Bruins were up 3 games to 0 on Flyers in 09/10 and blew it. Won the Cup following season.

Rangers/Sabres Rachunek goal disallowed for kicking when he was clearly stopping. Then the Pomenville goal stood after he punched it in, ruled accidental contact. Officiating shouldn't be a factor but it all too often is. Game 5 that year I believe. Could have changed the series winner. Like the "high stick" on kovalev in '96. We should have been down 3-0 on game 3, would have been down 3-0 in the series.

Sometimes Reffing is just too much to overcome.

I picked the Pens in the Isles series, but I think Ottawa takes this series. Unless Matt Cooke is up to his usual antics.

Well, my post was more directed towards conspiracy theorists, as one of the mods quickly pointed out: the Penguins are often one of the most penalized teams in the league.
 
I have no idea why Tomas Tatar is still in the AHL, that's just plain stupid and I'm a supporter of Ken Holland.

Tatar himself said he's going to KHL if not guaranteed NHL time next season.

The Rangers should trade for him, not at all costs, but I wouldn't mind parting with say a Brady Skjei for him.

Tatar very skilled with a lethal shot. Great skating ability too and hockey IQ. I think he is already a NHL 3rd line player, but Detroit is patient with their prospects.

He shattered Gaborik's U-20 scoring record in U20 Dukla. Good advanced stats like Zucc had in limited minutes past 2 yrs.

If he is indeed available go for it, but they may just let him play in the KHL ala Hudler for a year.
 
Hopefully Vokoun gets blitzed so Pittsburgh is left in a conundrum.
