I’m pretty sure like 80% of the NFL is cycling on and off. Combat sports, 100% of elite fighters.

They're all on stuff that makes recovery faster, at a minimum. Some isn't all that illegal. But I'm sure boundaries are pushed.

Technically steroids are not illegal. Procuring them without a prescription is. It wouldn’t surprise me if they proscribed to athletes recovering from injury, or for other more dubious reasons.

No no he just happened to decline significantly in the prime of his career right after the 2010 Olympics. That’s just how it goes.
