For starters...he's joking. No one has a sense of humor anymore. Secondly, it's not insulting that men are distracted by the presence of women...it's human nature. How is that insulting? Many women would consider it a compliment.

NHL: Announcer's comment on women 'insulting'
It was a nothing comment by a dumb old guy. I’m with you there. Dumb PC bullshit. Your last sentence is cringy as f*** though. Haha.

It was stupid for the PC police to act like he was talking about women professionally associated with the game, rather than girls at bars the young guys are chasing. Either way, his comment was dumb and unnecessary but the outrage is absolutely nothing but feigned. It’s just Bullshit virtue signaling.

Literally zero people on earth are legitimately offended by the concept of dumb jock 22 year old meatheads being distracted by girls in bars or on Tinder.

Still, zero reason for the tone deaf old fart to say that on a broadcast. It was dumb.

Habs Twitter has had enough of Max Domi. Seems his job has been usurped by Nick Suzuki. Same situation in Chicago with Strome and Dach.
Which really makes little sense. Strome is being pushed out by Dach. Domi is probably better as a winger anyway. If those two guys are available, someone will be happy to pick them up.

Strome is 23. He has 89 points in 116 games with Chicago and has been injured a bit. Some fans are just spoiled.

Eh, at least moving Strome makes some sense: They are in a cap crunch. Dach has jumped in front of him. Toews is still a #1C. Strome's not a traditional 3C, and he's up for a new contract.

Habs have plenty of cap, and their forwards are fine, but not spectacular. Little reason to move on from the hockey standpoint.

Would be a nice pairing for our second line. Instead we have an over-paid, often injured, soft winger and the corpse of Phil Kessel.

There goes Grubauer. I reckon that's a groin injury with the way he reacted.

It's almost as if the Yotes played like crap and had a stupid game plan going in? Weird.

Anyways, let's give Tocchet everything he wants. He's a great coach, Yotes are lucky to have him. He played tough as a player so you know that means his team will be tough to play against. :D (sarcasm .... Just in case the internet makes it not obvious haha).
