Even better is the Oilers fans outrage over the NHL's ruling that they must give up a measly 3rd round pick for Neal. The NHL is always out to get Edmonton you know. That franchise never gets any breaks.

I cannot emphasize enough how much I hate the fake crowd noise they are either piping into the arena or adding to the broadcast right now. I hate it. Perfect opportunity to mic up some players and refs and/or hear the skates and sticks, but instead I get completely artificial background noise to drown it out.

The NHL and NHLPA are really worried about what the player say. They have a 10 second delay on the tv games as a back up. With it being so quiet the wrong things may be heard as reported on our local sports radio
