Around the NHL 2024 25

Over the last 25 games, here are the top 4 teams in the NHL.

Dallas - 39 points
Winnipeg - 37 points
Colorado - 36 points
St Louis - 35 points

What is with this stupid division?!?!
By far and away the best division in hockey and its not even remotely close. We are back to the old Smythe division days.

Jets are 7-3 in their last 10, Dallas is 6-2-2 in their last 10. We just need to take care of our own business and we are golden.
Agreed, but the Jets play has been uneven to say the least. Prone to playing down to a team’s level and then ramping it up too little too late.

Still would be nice,

If a team or two out there could surprise the Stars and beat them handily in regulation, it would be immensely appreciated.

Keeps the pressure on us and that isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

Once again the Jets have another 1 game homestand mixed in with a bunch of road games. This has happened a few times this season, the NHL schedule maker ......

On the other hand, the stars have been one of the worst teams in the NHL by every metric over the last ten games, but are somehow still winning.

If the Jets go 8-1-1 or better over their last 10 games, then Dallas mathematically can't catch them.

Dallas record (total points)Jets record to beat (total points)
10-0-0 8-1-1
9-0-1 8-2-0
9-1-07-2-1
8-1-17-3-0
7-1-26-3-1
7-2-16-4-0
7-3-05-4-1
6-3-15-5-0

I’d bet my house the Jets don’t go 8-1-1. Best I can see them going is 6-4-0
