By far and away the best division in hockey and its not even remotely close. We are back to the old Smythe division days.Over the last 25 games, here are the top 4 teams in the NHL.
Dallas - 39 points
Winnipeg - 37 points
Colorado - 36 points
St Louis - 35 points
What is with this stupid division?!?!
At this rate, I’m not so sure they’ll be playing the Avalanche.Hot take. The Stars aren't nearly as good as everyone makes them out to be. The Avs will beat them in round 1.
Agreed, but the Jets play has been uneven to say the least. Prone to playing down to a team’s level and then ramping it up too little too late.Jets are 7-3 in their last 10, Dallas is 6-2-2 in their last 10. We just need to take care of our own business and we are golden.

Still would be nice,

If a team or two out there could surprise the Stars and beat them handily in regulation.
Once again the Jets have another 1 game homestand mixed in with a bunch of road games. This has happened a few times this season, the NHL schedule maker ......What's left...

Using up all their luck now and won't have any left for the playoffs. On the other hand, the stars have been one of the worst teams in the NHL by every metric over the last ten games, but are somehow still winning.
I’d bet my house the Jets don’t go 8-1-1. Best I can see them going is 6-4-0If the Jets go 8-1-1 or better over their last 10 games, then Dallas mathematically can't catch them.

didn't you also say the caps were going to beat us 5-1?I’d bet my house the Jets don’t go 8-1-1. Best I can see them going is 6-4-0
Opportunistic. Finding ways to win and scrounge out points even when they may not be on top of their game.and what would you describe dallas play of late as?
I love how generous you are when it comes to the stars play as of late compared to the jets...Opportunistic. Finding ways to win and scrounge out points even when they may not be on top of their game.
Show me someone with a perfect prediction record over a large sample size.didn't you also say the caps were going to beat us 5-1?
Laine looks weird in any jersey.Laine looks so weird in a Habs jersey![]()
That's usually an indicator a team is ripe for a slumpOn the other hand, the stars have been one of the worst teams in the NHL by every metric over the last ten games, but are somehow still winning.
