Every once in a while I unignore my list other than a couple who I never want to communicate again with. Usually within a couple days my ignore list goes back to the way it was. It is a great feature though I’d love an option to keep your posts invisible to people on your ignore list so you can completely stay separate.

Mine is consistently at one , a certain Hellebucyk hater
I ignored fake Inanna a lot ( figured a troll account) but got completely fooled by Stumbledore

I like your idea that the ignore function makes you posts invisible to people on your ignore list. I currently have 37 posters on ignore. The vast majority of those came when we had non Jets fans invading our board. Now I use it to just curate the energy level to keep the positive negative in balance. I enjoy respectful debate, and I am not looking for an echo chamber. For the most part I love HFBoards and our dysfunctional, fanatical Jets board.

I'm sure I'm on a few ignore lists around here. I've never ignored anyone for more than a week or so. I'm not a big grudge holder...more of a grudge holdee

The ignore feature has its place but if someone overuses it they just turn this place into an echo chamber. My list is pretty short, 2 guys. I think 1 of them might have gone away.

I don't see any need to block your posts to them. If they reply to, or like your posts you won't see it anyway. You won't know the difference.

Start with page 10 of this thread. They were both fake accounts, possibly the same person. Someone figured it out. They both disappeared like a fart in a tornado when it was discovered. Pretty messed up what some people do for entertainment.

I was wondering why the jiggle GIFs had returned (not that I'm complaining).

I was a bit suspicious of "her" account, it was a little over the top with the self righteousnous and indignation. Stumbledore seemed legit to me, though. Makes me miss the days of Aavgard the Finnish hockey professor. He didnt even react to people calling out his account as bullshit but it was good for a laugh.
