Who's got a goalie to trade? Vejelmeka is probably the best that might be on the market.hurricanes lose to the sens, they now have the exact same record in the past 10 games as us

Brossoit should be back for TD...Who's got a goalie to trade? Vejelmeka is probably the best that might be on the market.
Anyone see this?
It sure looks like the Stars player was trying to kick him going down because that sure does not look like an ordinary falling motion.
Getting knocked backwards while standing on skates by someone also smearing you against the boards will frequently result in a falling motion which isn't "ordinary". Just my take, YMMV.
It sounds like the Ducks are prepared to deal John Gibson but their asking price has been too high.Who's got a goalie to trade? Vejelmeka is probably the best that might be on the market.
I wonder how much he'd be willing pay out of his own pocket to get out of Anaheim. It sounds like the Ducks are prepared to deal John Gibson but their asking price has been too high.
They just managed to get value out of Fowler who also hasn't been as good as his reputation in years, so maybe they're on to something by asking for an overpay hoping that people haven't stayed up to watch Ducks games recently? It sounds like the Ducks are prepared to deal John Gibson but their asking price has been too high.
Still seems like there’s a narrative out there that Gibson is a good goalie on a terrible team and that has hurt his numbers. Which makes some sense… until you take a closer look and realize that almost every other Ducks goalie from 2019 onwards has put up better numbers than Gibson. They just managed to get value out of Fowler who also hasn't been as good as his reputation in years, so maybe they're on to something by asking for an overpay hoping that people haven't stayed up to watch Ducks games recently?
No need to reduce your asking price at this point as some team might become desperate enough to pay it.It sounds like the Ducks are prepared to deal John Gibson but their asking price has been too high.

Excellent goalie for the first 5 seasons of his career, but he has seriously declined.
Good thing the Rangers gave Igor that extension, Kings have only put 5 behind him half way thru the game.
This could turn into the Mike Comrie story in reverse!I wonder how much he'd be willing pay out of his own pocket to get out of Anaheim.
The Oilers then-General Manager, Kevin Lowe, was reportedly willing to trade Comrie to the Anaheim Ducks for Corey Perry and a first round draft pick,[10] but within that deal sought to have Comrie reimburse the Oilers $2.5 million,[11] which was part of the bonus money he earned from his entry-level contract.[12] After this deal fell through, Comrie was dealt to the Philadelphia Flyers in December 2003, for Jeff Woywitka, a first round selection in 2004 (Rob Schremp) and a third round selection in 2005 (Danny Syvret).[13]
Hellebuyck's 2019-2021 seasons put a big seed of doubt in my mind about whether there is such a thing as an elite goaltender who is just playing behind a bad team.Still seems like there’s a narrative out there that Gibson is a good goalie on a terrible team and that has hurt his numbers. Man, pro sports used to be great. Just absolute anarchy.
