Granted, I suppose that would be the bigger threat to most teams at or over the cap - if you wind up with a player suspended due to being a malicious piece of shit, you have to play Hinstroza or Bjork as the replacement for that player during the suspension. Man, GM's would be down in the dressing rooms yelling at people to keep it clean then.

There is a real chance the bottom 5 in the league are all from the West. Has all bottom 5 teams in the league being from the same conference ever happened before?

2002, the East had the worst five, 2001 the East had four in a row at the bottom. There might be others. 2010 the East had the 2nd-8th worst teams in the league. league
