Yeah just saw that, that should be like 10 games.Holy crap, I just saw the Reeves on Nurse hit.
His head looked a crack or two from being backwards.
Luke Gadzic got himself a new Moores suit and some leather sandals. How does he get on tv again?
Was it worse than the Jeannot hit? I know Reaves has a history with this type of thing which will automatically make the suspension longer than Jeannot's, but how would we compare the hits? Reaves explodes directly into Nurse's head in a way that looked very intentional. The only potentially mitigating factor is that Nurse arguably should/could have been aware of potential danger as he was coming around the net. Maybe could have protected himself. Brock on the other hand had no reason to suspect there may be a hit from the blind side. It was a dirty, predatory hit on an unsuspecting player. Both Brock and Nurse are injured. My issue is not so much that Reaves may get more games than Jeannot due to his record - my issue is that Jeannot's hit should have been worse at least five games.Yeah just saw that, that should be like 10 games.

Probably just as bad as the Jeannot hit but he has history so they can throw the book at him.Was it worse than the Jeannot hit? Get that shit out of here, we are not Oilers fans here.
The optometristWhere was he going after the second one?
The optometrist
Reaves having a hearing, no surprise ther, but I didn't see if it's phone or in person.
Either way, this kind of crap should not happen. I'd be shocked if Nurse didn't end up with a f***ing concussion or broken jaw.
But of course, this is Hairy Buttman we are talking about. Player safety is less than a suggestion.
Can't tell if you are being sarcastic or not.... But I for one think that chart is funny, interesting and very appropriate for the around the league thread, and that means your comment probably went over my head?Get that shit out of here, we are not Oilers fans here.
Toronto’s Ryan Reaves has been suspended for five games for an illegal check to the head against Edmonton’s Darnell Nurse.
