What problems?

Basically all it's doing is wasting a few hours of time for NHL executives/scouts.

Going to a 20 y/o draft with 2 rounds like the NBA or whatever would be more efficient but also totally strip the fun of having large prospect pools and tracking those prospects and following them through the WJCs which is to me one of the most fun 'side quests' of being a hockey fan. And totally kill all fun discussions about scouting and drafting and the like. It would suck.

Well perhaps not problems, but teams invest in drafted players in rounds 3-7 that they really should just move on from and yeah, that's kind of different issue.

Stamkos 3 pts in 10 games and a -8, that's a yikes.

Fighting with visors on is so weird, it just seems like a hand injury willing to happen.

Bruins seem to sour in Big Z and Lindstrom already
Zadorov and Lindholm have been part of the problem for Boston.

Yeah. Lindholm's basically been a very good 3rd line C for them like he was for us while Zadorov seems to have lost his physicality and swagger - he's still 3rd in TOI for the Bruins defencemen but Bruins fans don't seem overly pleased.

Lindholm isn't a 1C anymore. He was successful in Vancouver because we didn't need him to play in that role. Boston does and his shortcomings are exposed.

In what way has he been a very good 3rd line C? he is once again a negative +/- player with a bottom 20 league wide shot diff (centres). half his points this year came in one game vs Montreal. He is a worse player than Teddy Blueger and makes more than 4x for an extra 5 years.

i haven't watch him play at all, but 9 points in 10 games in his second year is awesome stats wise?
Wouldn't say awesome but point wise he's fine. But he doesn't bring much else to the game thus far. +/- is generally a poor stat but when you are sitting at -47 for your 90 game career it goes beyond he plays on a bad team to he's a major reason why they are bad defensively. Obviously he is very young with significant improvement ahead of him. However, people saying he is Patrick Kane but playing center seem pretty accurate at this point. Problem is you don't want Patrick Kane playing center...
