At least with his suspensions here against Boston it was reactionary to games that got so absurdly out of hand due to piss-poor reffing. Granted, I only tuned in to Avs vs Blues a few minutes ago but it doesn't seem like tonight was even close to the gongshow those Boston Game 2s were. Tonight was much worse than what he pulled during his time here, just zero reason to make that hit.

Avalanche are a pretty high profile team in the NHL what with MacKinnon and winning the President's Trophy, but who knows how favourably the Blues are viewed in the eyes of the league. Does on of the league executives kids play or work for the Blues?
