The NHL has a problem, and I wonder if people are gonna start to talk about it next season if Florida and Vegas are in the Cup finals.

That's the same Jarvis Carolina used with our pick to get rid of 1 year of Marleau, right? What a crazy asset management by Dubas.

I'm indifferent as to which team wins this series, but the refs shouldn't influence the outcome as much as they did tonight.

I thought the series was over midway through the 3rd. The Canes looked done. Always amazed how momentum may shift in playoffs.

PPs were 4-4. 1 of those PPs came on a clear trip in OT and another came on a failed coaches challenge late in the 3rd. Canes scored on both and Vegas didn't score on any of there's. The way she goes.

Exciting game tonight, I wouldn't have made that challenge even though I think it wasn't goaltender interference.

Andersen still gives up way too much.

Thought they were going to let everything go in OT when Carrier jumped on top of someone, but then immediately called that trip, so guess not.

That’s f***ing right. Winning a cup shouldn’t be as easy as switching jerseys. Glad the universe agrees tonight

Exactly! Such a passenger... he only has 5 more points than anyone else in the playoffs, what a bum!

I don't. They are 2 years older than when they won the cup—more mileage on the bones, and also mileage at home with aging kids. They have had their window, and it's over, just like Tampa
Barkov, Tkachuk, Bennett, Lundell, Reinhart, Ekblad, Forsling, Jones are all still squarely in their primes. If Marchand shows his age they'll pull some nonsense and clear his cap and get a younger and better player.
