CO losing Nichushkin and Landeskog has really killed their forward group. Their goaltending is also not great, nor are the Dmen, at least defensively.

But everyone was claiming Nashville was going to be a powerhouse
Adding a bunch of UFAs often causes a lot of problems to start, people massively underestimate the impact of chemistry, especially in today's league where its faster and more precise than ever before.

When you don't have full trust on exactly where your teammate is going to be, it slows down the decision making drastically, causing turnovers, incomplete passes and eventually more selfish and individual focused play throughout the game.

I am sure that Nashville will improve as the season goes on, but could be tough sledding for a while. I have never been as high on Stamkos as the mainstream, but Marchy is pretty good and should play a strong role for them eventually. They are a lot closer to Wild caliber though than a Dallas.

Yes, I'm aware.

Fiala is such a dummy. Takes a completely unnecessary penalty in the offensive zone late in the 3rd, which let the Sharks right back into the game. Just a stupid move which nearly led to a tie game.

He can score goals, but he is often clueless and a liability so many times.

Funnily enough it was Granlund scoring on that PP, and Granlund is currently outscoring Fiala by a decent margin.

Man. Can you imagine.... getting Faber (and ohgren) for fiala and then getting Fiala back for a 3rd? Lol. I like the fantasy!

We, as wild fans, need to let Fiala go. We CRUSHED the trade. Neither side likely wants to make the hypothetical trade work

Edit: that's said from a position that would LOVE Fiala back on the team. While we're at it, I'd like Nino back too!

Also, he was completely undisciplined in the previous 2 games. Costly penalty after costly penalty. He was even benched in the last game resulting with him playing a whopping 10 minutes total. How does he answer that benching? He misses a team meeting.

Sorry. He can score goals, but he is a liability. And he doesn't seem to care to learn from his mistakes. That ship has sailed here.
