It will be EDM-LA or EDM-VAN first round I think. Vegas needs to tail off. I would love to win the division.

These next 4 games are huge. Big test, especially the MIN game.

The Kings continuing to win annoys the hell out of me

I consider them irreverent. So have not watched 1 Kings game. They went on a heater last year too, probably a mirage were seeing.

Unfortunately the same hands that could deke in tight and snipe that we saw in the playoffs. We shoulda known. The information was there.

He's a gamebreaker in STL. Several games this season Holloway has been the best Blues player and turning into a fan favorite. Why not? He needed to be given a bigger role here, he was ready for it. I said so, and the Oilers went in different directions. Holloway had found his hands before this. He's just getting better, as expected. Guy is flying.

Sure is, haunting, and he has been better than Kyrou. Just like he was in the Edmonton game has been the story most of the time. Blues first line get nothing done. Holloway seems to be the elixor on that team now. Man that Kyrou contract. This guy is not a leader.

Alex Laferriere has been a real surprise outperforming expectations but then others like Byfield just shitting the bed. Complete dropoff from that player and he looks like he can't score a goal. Like Connor Brown scoring this season. Kings a strange team. Heres a funny but not unexpected thing. Kings topsix are all great +/-. Of course except Fiala the dunce who is -6 on a team with significant positive goal differential. Fiala finds away, always, to be in coaching dog house. All kinds of skill, But makes so many bad plays. Fiala despite his production makes any team he's on worse for what he gives up.

Fiala is close again to the team mutinying against him, if not the coach. Its who Doughty was talking about last year. Fiala is a good talent. Somebody that could go PPG in the league if he applied himself. But his actual game on ice is so flawed that he's -6 and a player like Foegele is +10 on the same team. Its basically death in GA to have Fiala in topsix, where he has to be, to be of any use.

The Byfield thing is just strange. What a funk he's in. I expected he'd round into a power forward but he just shows much doubt in his game. If just kept it simple he could have a cheap mans Lindros kind of game. But he makes chronic cute plays instead of just bulling pucks to net like he can. Kings might have made a huge mistake getting Byfield to the show too early. here he is only 22, several seasons already, and he's on pace to get half the production he had last season. Looks terrible.

Brandt Clarke. Remember that name. Guy is going to be real good. He's a different kind of D. Not tiny like Hughes, decent size, man can he make plays and even walk around a phone booth. As a D pretty impressive skill sets. Depends what kind of game Doughty has when he comes back. But without Byfield going and Fiala being an idiot LA look like its just a handful of players going.

Fiala was in trouble in Minny. In the dog house there and why LA got him in the first place. he didn't fit in the Minny Wild scheme, he was outlier, playing his own game. Doing it in LA too. Fans like his skill for awhile and then start to see all the flaws in his game. He's sure not an outscorer.
