Honestly, the last time I saw Hall in 2021, he looked about as fast as Smytty did in his return to Edmonton. Bro is unfortunately cooked due to his knee injuries over the years.

It might just fall to Oilers or any team even 5 or 10 games above .500. Gonna be wide open for sure. Trouble for division is what happens when you get out of division in playoffs. Central looks tough.

Too early to say but I don't see any teams out of the West looking too good. Sure we get Kane back at somepoint but old Kane that hasn't played in a long time. Can't wait for us to get Nuge and Hyman back. ;)
 
As bad as Skinner is, Lankinen is pretty putrid. Looks 5 ft tall out there most games. I guess the difference is he's not really supposed to be the starter, I guess.

Seriously, Stan better get to work and the special teams better as well. Pk looking better lately. The division is there for the taking

Yeah, just having 2 guys get "back to normal" out of Hyman, RNH, and Co would be massive. Plus a healthy Kane

Yeah. Seems like we can beat anybody in division. But other teams probably thinking the same. Doesn't seem to be any powerhouse teams in division. Reality check probably comes again to whoever reaches conference final. This year I don't see it being as easy.

In anycase nearly 20 games in and we have Mc and Drai propping everything. Where have we seen this before? Trouble with getting new players all the time is how much do they really invest in making the club better? I'm a strong believer in continuity and building. This org is a strong believer in deck chairs.

All the pretender predators show up to score in this one against a weak ass nucks club. Stamkos missing person citing scores 2 goals. Gustav Nyquist somehow scores a goal. Oh, empty net, I have to check if all his others are empty nets...;) Another popcorn fart player I wouldn't want anywhere near my squad.

Now Stamkos can do nothing again for another month. must be tough being a Preds fan. pretty unlikeable club.

I'll forever despise the Preds for how they imploded against the Nucks last spring. Something that horrific happens you should just press the rebuild button. its over. No belief in anything on that squad. Just collecting pay cheques.

But man, say with me, the Nucks lost to the Preds. lolol nobody loses to the Preds you west coast losers!
 
Funny story Petterson scored yesterday and today somehow. The goal he scored yesterday he was trying to pass the puck across goal mouth, not even an intended shot but goes in off an opponent. Chants of Petey ringing out in the rink from the Nucks "faithful" seemed stupid to be lording an own goal like that. As if Petey really did anything. I didn't see todays goal and don't care to. They can have him. 11M longterm. lol

Yeah I'm not a fan of him thats for sure. He's good for a laugh though. I don't get what it is with Vancouver and Swede forwards. Seems like since that franchise started such a fascination, and no cups ever. Its like Team Sweden in their *hof* Not sure what the connection is or why but its been so constant.

Their schedule is about to get tougher too Ours hasn;t been real tough either, but their schedule has been uber soft. Even the FLA game barkov and Tkachuk were missing

Maybe he is setting a trend. The Oilers might have about 6 guys who could leave for a vacation to re-set themselves
