Nucks would've won that game 12 months ago. They'd have gone into the 3rd winning 3-1. Then some of them would be posting on the mains about how that's just Tocchet's system or whatever.
They have had one of the softest schedules thus far. Easier than ours. No back to backs and tons of rest and a lot of bad teams. They play CHI and some other bottom feeder after them.

Then it gets tough for them. Last year, I always said, they played every game balls to the wall like it was a game 7. You cannot do that game in and game out. You get worn out.

I thought nuke was suspended for like 30 games?
He's back. Just has to stay away from those Snow mountains

How about that "Next Connor McDavid"?

He had a decent October but has been totally mediocre this month. Had 3 assists in one game, but 1 point and a -5 in his 5 other games.

Lol don't know how that's a punishment when 5 of those months his team wasn't even playing

Connor McMichael scored a sweet goal for the Caps tonight. His first on the night was nice enough, but I liked his second better. Steal, drag move, far side backhand.

McMichael is a solid young buck. Scored a couple of beauties at the Caps game I went to back in February. If Washington was poised to be TDL sellers (which I don't think they will be), McMichael would definitely be a piece I'd have my eyes on.

Lol was gonna post the same. Kind of a dud given the hype. I get he plays on a shitty team but McD didn't exactly have lights out linemates either when he started but he still stood out

Was perusing the Hawks forum and a bunch were saying he's probably better suited to be a winger than a center. Who knows. Maybe he'll come around like Jack Hughes but the size will always work against him

For those complaining about Amazon, have you even watched a game? The production is so much better than SN it’s laughable, in practically every aspect. We should be hoping Amazon picks up more of our games.

SN bar of broadcasting is so low, James Cameron couldn't find it to raise ie

I mean, Nashville is also bad. Little Wolfy got lit up a few times so far in the NHL. Better than Skinner but so is an inanimate carbon rod
Nashville on a b2b as well but the kid is a gamer and posted pretty good numbers throughout junior and the AHL. He’s sporting a .921 over 9 starts this season so I can already see where this is going.

On the flip side, Calgary’s goaltending is keeping them far away from a chance at a higher lottery pick right now, so there is that.

Yup, they can be a “one man team” now. My gut is little Wolfy might end up being another Saros, great goalie for sure but probably too small in today’s league to get it done when it matters

Canucks hold off those juggernaut Hawks and score 2 EN goals to make it 4-2. They have honestly lost any magic they had last year. Look like an average team.

Petey scores against another shit team. He's back!
