Utah might as well just name themselves the Yotes and get it over with.

They are still in a transition phase from rebuilding to competitive, which is not always easy. They still have a bunch of picks and a good collection of prospects. Losing Durzi and Marino long-term was probably too much to handle right away.

They needed to make bigger and better additions than just getting 2 defenders. Their goaltending is also pretty bad.

I kinda think this guy is a bit of an idiot. To be fair he probably thinks I'm a complete idiot. But I'm on his side in this situation.

He's not a paid representative of the team.

He's in his house that he bought and paid for. He's wearing his clothing that he bought and paid for. He's drinking his beer that he bought and paid for.

I doubt he's profiting from this.

Just another corporate heavy on the little guy. Well last I checked the Leafs didn't have an official pot brand. So if I was Kurtis I would just sit around hitting bongs in my Leafs uniforms and tell the team to shove it.

If they don't like it he can go back to drinking his beer.

So in other words he was expropriating the Leafs image and likeness for his own financial gain. In which case absolutely they have a right to step in. To be honest if I saw Kurtis from Alberta getting wasted in my company's uniform and splashing it all over the internet I'd probably try to stop it too.

There's a difference between being a superfan and a slush.

Yeah, he's doing it wrong cuz threre is a process and a way to do it, but rather his beer make it over Molson (without even trying his beer) lol
Used to work at LCBO for a while and good friend of mine is a product consultant so hope he wakes up and gets his stuff in. With these big corps sometimes ya gotta fight dirty.
