Value of: Arber Xhekaj value in a trade

Because you can't make this stuff up, and we all need a good laugh.

Hughes didn't trade X for s mid-late 1st last year, he wont trade him for a 5-10 pick this year.

Value wise he's behind Guhle and Hutson but ahead of the rest. Hoping Mailman will surpass him too.

My dream is for X to become our Chara. He has the rarely used canon and the disposition to get there.
------------------------------------------
I trade him for a top 15 pick, after that it depends of the draft. In the 25+ range is what we would most likely be looking at. At that range you'd hope to get a similar talent.
-------------------------------------------
That was last year. This year he's worth more now and if he develops into a Chara, he's a worth a kings ransom.

I find it entertaining that people who don't know squat about hockey try to troll.

-------------------------------------------

I doubt Montreal would trade Wifi for 13th overall.

Chiarot went for UNPROTECTED first and 4th. Xhekaj be worth more 100 times out of 100.

Oh Boy...

5 of the 8 teams in the Atlantic and 8 of the 16 teams in the east are sub .500 right now. Isles are currently in the last Wild card spot thanks to their 5 loser points lol.

For years the Atlantic division was the most difficult in the league, and now it may be the worst division.
Over the past 6 seasons, the Atlantic is the toughest divisions in the Cap era. As I don’t think there was any divisions in a 6 yrs span which produced at least one team in the SCF(4 teams), THREE SC winners(two teams) plus THREE President winners(three teams).

Of course, Ottawa couldn't take advantage of a tired Edmonton team. If that was Toronto, Ottawa would've had the game of their lives

More of the same from them. I had my hopes on big things from Playoff Warrior this season, especially after they traded for a real goalie. Funny how that works.

I refuse to believe, that after an extensive search, Kyle Dubas couldn't find a better GM than Kyle Dubas.

In all honesty, when Kyle is no longer in the league, I want there to be a documentary about how this all happened. It's fascinating.

How many years left on his Pittsburgh contract? The team is in shambles right now. Just wait until Sid and Geno leave/retire.

I could see that. Who wants to take orders from a 30 year old analytics geek?

Besides that who would want to be GM of a team that everyone knew was gonna stink hard the indefinite future?

Dubas was around for the Leafs rebuild so he might actually be a better choice than some give him credit for... assuming he learned from his mistakes that is.

I don't think it's that. Might be more he doesn't want to put someone in place that he could see as a threat to his job.

Probably.

The proclaimed defensive stud Jake Sanderson, -12, zero even strength points so far this season. Rough start for that contract extension.

Impossible. The Sens inked all their stars in the making to basement bargain deals.:sarcasm:

A co-worker of mine lives next door to him. Says he's a nice kid. He used that contract extension on a $2M home in the sticks. Imagine that in your early 20's.

Hes not an analytics geek, he said so himself in the past. He has friends in the media. Im sure the media/friends were pumping him for things he wasnt.
