That's Habs fans for you. One of my best friends is the same way. Every player they draft is superior to ours. He did shut up when Bergevin brought in a sex offender though.

Lane Hutson is great. He's a great kid and he works his tail off and doesn't run his mouth. But basically everyone outside of Montreal is sick of this kid already, through no fault of his own, and I swear it took a lot longer for everyone outside of Toronto to get sick of Matthews.

I heard plenty of hype from my buddy when they drafted Fucale in net. Did he ever suit up for a game? He also wasn't impressed with Nylander because "his father was a selfish player". Habs fans love hearing themselves talk.

This is very true. I was shocked that all of my friends are passionately cheering for the Jets in the west. Then I remembered that I was the same way before joining HF forum. This place has made me hate everyone.

The deal carries an annual cap hit of $7 million for Pionk, who finished with 10 goals and 39 points in 69 games for the Jets this season, his sixth in Winnipeg.


Not bad for a #2, 22 minutes a night defender in an increasing (yeah right economic collapse) Cap World.

Montreal has been doing this with every prospect they have with even a small amount of talent going back to Kostistyn and Higgins.

I was cruising their board the other night, Demidov's first game, and they were all screaming "superstar" after the first period. Pages and pages of "OMG!!!!". Kid looked decent but their board was waaaayyy over the top. Sick of that kid already too lol.

Especially when the guy told all nhl teams don't draft me.
