New Jersey literally loses Jack Hughes for the rest of the year and they are out there making moves to shore up their team, while we have people here arguing we should stand pat because Matthews won’t be fully healthy, despite him still producing over a point per game level.

I agree with your sentiment, however, healthy Matthews or not, I don't want to completely hemorrhage our future

Knies should not be touched. Cowan, Minten, and Grebs should only be touched if it makes absolute sense for the team, at this point

Got no problem moving some picks and our versions of Herman Traff, Shane Lachance, Petr Hauser to try and shore things up, though

Incredible. Mind boggling really
Most NHL goals from age 30 season and on:

Howe - 415
Ovechkin - 410
Esposito - 409
Bucyk - 374
Selanne - 338
Brett Hull - 328
Dionne - 321
Messier - 314
Jagr - 306
Gartner - 304

His 410 goals from age 30 until today would rank him at #101 in overall NHL career goals. 🤣

Are we talking about Dumoulin as "shoring" up their team? That guy is about as depth as depth defensemen get.
