Nothing about Thompson's performance so far has to do with a system breeding predictability lmao. Vegas has given up more incredible chances against in 30 minutes than the Oilers have in 3 games.

We haven't gotten a goaltending performance in the playoffs like this since we had Dwayne Roloson in net. And a quick Vegas PP goal and all of a sudden they're back in the game despite having been absolutely horrendous for 30 minutes.

Roloson never faced this onslaught of ten bell scoring chances, even in that Wings series that was heavily tilted to the Wings.
This is one of the best goaltending performances that we've seen in a long time.
