Yeah I don't feel strongly about them one way or another. I DO think they were really unique in color and pattern in a way that makes lots of sense with local history and I'm usually a big fan of using different colors than Red and Blue and Black and White on everything. To me they just recall a past era because I'm getting old
And yeah, Dubnyk will likely be better than what they've been dealing with, but that ignores some major faults with that team, like they're overestimating their D and their centers. They're putting a plastic patch on a submarine.

It's actually quite amazing they have won 16 games when you look at the goal differential. So not sure how much more they could do really.

I wouldn't worry about it too much at this point, can't see anyone else bothering with him now. At least not at the NHL level.
Didn't think anyone could tarnish his own legacy more than when Michael Jordan went to play for the Wizards, but Marty wins the prize.
Did he really believe he was going to beat out Jake Allen as the backup? He couldn't see how this was going to play out once Elliot came off IR? I like Brodeur but Jesus Christ what a stupid move on his part.

Whether you liked them or not in their prime years it's embarrassing seeing guys like Brodeur, Kobe and Favre out there in old age.
Kinda surprised Kobe hasn't retired simply out of pride(Not wanting to look like garbage on the court).

I agree, 2 games for that elbow is terribad but the NHL has done a poor job or at least I think so at how it handles sup discipline.
