A lot of people were clamoring for Corrado to get some playing time as it's time to see what they've got. Glad he finally (presumably!) gets a role somewhere.

A lot of people were clamoring for Corrado to get some playing time as it's time to see what they've got. Glad he finally (presumably!) gets a role somewhere.

One of the SPortsnet guys said that Babcock just doesn't like him. Given they need defense, you'd think he'd have gotten a showing of some kind this year. So it would appear to be a good move for him, someone might claim him and give him a shot.


Devils-Preds trade- the Devils got a 4th for VErn Fiddler, wonder what they'll get for Parenteau? Looks like they're starting their sale early.

Blues are losing again. 3-0 to Pittsburgh. I don't think they're making the playoffs.

Ducks tied with Lightning 2-2 in the 3rd. They lost in regulation yesterday to Florida. Would love to see them lose again today.

Might be a more puzzling signing than Purcell and Gilbert. Vancouver is on it's last legs and that is painfully evident to the entire NHL. I guess Eriksson just wanted to get paid rather than go to a team that can contend for the Cup. His shooting percentage is down 7% from last season so I expect a correction in goals coming before the end of the season.

It's doubly strange because he looked resurgent last year, and you would figure lining up with the Sedins would be good for you (obviously he's not doing that full-time anymore but you know). Loui was always a hell of a player but between aging and those two concussions in short order maybe he's winding down early.
