remember when their owner thought that cooke (I think) cut Karlsson achilles tendon on purpose. hah. The issue is definitely a top down, and then out to the fans sort of thing. Cooke is a dirty POS but the precision he would have needed to do that is crazy.

If they had drafted EK, they would have snagged Voynov, EK, and Doughty. Could have had Myers instead of Teubert too. eeeeeeek.
Makes me wonder how EK would have developed here, though, where he certainly wouldn't be asked to play the risk/reward game. I'd like to think his play with Sweden is more like that guy, but we never see it consistently.

Didn't miss anything. Larkin broke Gartners fastest skater record but as I posted a few posts before whoever's covering the Comp didn't even put a clock for anyone to see. And the Breakaway challenge is as dumb as it gets.

The speed skate, with EK losing it and doing a 180, and that 19 year old kid breaking the record... Then break away, which always kinda sucks tbh. The one handed was kinda nice, Subbans Jarg impersonation was entertaining (mullet wig, Joffa helmet and oldschool moves). The wookie was kinda funny too, and we found out burns lost his house in 2013. Burns cheating votes by using his kids (though that must have been so cool for his and Pav's kids).
There is so little left to do at the shootout these days.
