Its A Kingspiracy !
Effin Blues just when we root for them for one night they pull this crap. Hope you guys lose forever.
That 5 min major didn't help. They then make it 3-2 only to give up a 4th goal 20 seconds later.

Reaves has always been garbage.

Damn, he hit his head on the ice and was out cold.
Had a dream last night that we got Rick Nash. Phew.
The Reeves hit was dirty as all hell but am I the only one who likes the blues? I think they are built very similar to the Kings circa 2012 and play a similar physical style of game. If they are pretenders and garbage does that make us bigger more effective garbage, cause I see them as baby kings or kings lite.
Kings vs Blues games always entertain me. Last week's game was a 2-1 game but had plenty of scoring chances, big saves and hits. These are staples in kings blues games.
I'd say they're much better now than when we faced them in post-season's past. They still don't have a true 1C, but that doesn't really matter with all the center depth they have, they'd be able to match up against us for days with that top 9. Their defense looks solid as well, with a highly skilled top 4 and a breakout rookie.
I still hope they choke it away though.
I would rather see St. Louis come out of the west than Chicago or Anaheim. Doesn't truly matter if it is isn't LA though

It doesn't need to be either/or. Dean can put Gaborik in a drawer until Game 1 of the playoffs and there's no Gaborik cap hit to worry about.
"Last year, Patrick Kane missed the final 21 games of the regular season, returning for Game 1 of the playoffs. No one’s doubting his injury, but it was a marvelous manipulation of the salary cap for post-season purposes. There is no limit after Game 82. Chicago could play Kane, newly acquired Antoine Vermette and everyone else without hassle — although opponents weren’t thrilled with the loophole. Now, we’re going to see who copies it in 2016.
Number one on the list is Los Angeles, which won’t have Marian Gaborik for awhile. The Kings were already looking at defencemen, but the winger’s injury adds the possibility of a forward, too. No surprise if they do it, because, as an opposing exec says, “When Dean (Lombardi) has the opening, he goes for it.†(No one quoted in the blog is an anonymous source.) The Rangers would be another, if Rick Nash needs more time."

He's got Mike Smith as his mentor...
Isn't that called a nightmare?
