Draisaitl has stood out above every Oiler (with the exception of McDavid) since the preseason, made no sense to me when they sent him down, and he's proving how dumb the Oilers were to demote him at the start of the season.

Welp, Flames fans looked like fools this year. Hope the Oilers follow suit just for ***** and giggles.

Oilers will be good, but 'force' is a stretch still. Desperately need defense and goaltending. Talbot may be sufficient enough with competent defense in front of him, but that remains to be seen. Oilers won't be able to just outscore their issues on the daily.

I'm not sold yet. Drai/Hall/McDavid are studs though.

He has always been an excellent passer but dude lacks so many other things (scoring ability, clutch, leadership, defense so so ) that I never understood why he was so highly rated.

Because he is a top notch passer, he is able to rack up a lot of points (with a great finisher like Perry) but he's horribly overrated.
